Winemaking

Gentle pressing and temperature‑controlled fermentation in stainless steel to preserve pure fruit and varietal expression; a short period of lees ageing adds roundness and complexity.

Tasting notes

Fruity nose with a subtle green aromatic nuance. Elegant and smooth on the palate, with delicate flavours of lychee, mandarin and cassis supported by lively acidity. Highly inviting and expressive. Serving temperature: 9–11°C. Drinking: now – 2027+.
