28-hectare vineyard located in the heart of the Médoc and which has belonged to the Sallette family for several generations. The atypical distribution of the grape varieties (mainly Merlot) gives the wine a very special dimension full of roundness and finesse.

Winemaking

Clay-limestone and gravelly soil. Traditional vinification with a 7-month vatting and ageing in barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes

With a beautiful deep red color, the wine develops fine and subtle fruit aromas. The taste is long and silky with toasted and vanilla notes.

Pairing recommendation

Ideal with dishes in sauce and grilled meats and fish.
