Soave is one of the most famous Italian wines appreciated all over the world. Obtained from old vines grown in the east of Verona is dominated by the medieval town of Soave from which it gets its name, it is a young wine, delicate, pleasantly dry taste.
Tasting notes
Colour: bright straw yellow with greenish hints. Bouquet: floral notes of jasmine and toasted almonds recognisable in the mouth too. Best served at a temperature of 8-10°C.
Food pairing
Ideal for appetizers, soups, white meats and all kinds of fish. We recommend this wine as an aperitif.
