About the wine

The grapes come from vineyards in the municipality of Barbaresco and in some towns near Alba. The wine ages in oak barrels for 18 months.

Degustation notes

The wine is garnet red in color with orange reflections. the perfume is very delicate and fine, of good elegance, ethereal. Reminiscent of berries and flower bouquets. The flavor is dry, gentle and velvety.

Food pairing

Serve with roasts, game, mature cheeses.
