Teanum was established in 2000 in San Severo, the hometown of its founders, Domenico Demaio and Vincenzo de Matteo, as well as the first Apulian town to obtain the PDO designation, in 1968. Today Teanum has another winery in San Paolo di Civitate and boasts a production of 1.5 million bottles per year, sold in Italy and in some 30 countries worldwide.

Tasting notes
Bright pink color. The nose reveals red fruits, ripe pomegranate and spicy notes of pink pepper and nutmeg.
The mouthfeel is soft. The balance is excellent. Long aromatic persistence.
Food pairing
It goes well with dishes of good Mediterranean cuisine. Serve at 10–12°C.
