At the Allacher winery, the indispensable knowledge of tradition are combined with the modern insights of the next generation. What grows from this are great wines. The vineyards are located on about 30 hectares of the unique wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee, including the legendary vineyards Altenberg and Salzberg. The soil gives the potential. The winery provides natural, attentive care. Fresh fruity white wines, powerful dense red wines and extract-rich sweet wines are the precious result. Here happiness and glass find each other.

Winemaking

The grapes were pressed immediately after harvest to obtain a fresh and fruity rosé with a beautiful pink colour. The must was completely clarified by natural settling. The must was fermented cooled in stainless steel tanks to produce wonderful wine. After fermentation, the wine was taken off the lees and left on the fine lees for 1 month. The contact to the fine yeast was intensified by weekly stirring. This makes the wine rounder and smoother and keeps it fresh longer.

Delicate pink, very aromatic, ripe currant and fresh raspberries on the nose, lots of fruit on the palate, conveys a lot of harmony and drinking pleasure!Recommended serving temperature: 6° — 8°C
