Celene Bordeaux was born from the merger of the historic Crémant de Bordeaux producer (formerly known as Ballarin) and the Lannoye vineyards. The latter are made up of three holdings on the right bank of the Garonne and are located in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, Puisseguin Saint-Émilion and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellations. They have made Bordeaux their home and are committed to respecting the wine-growing heritage of this world-renowned region, but also to bringing their own personal touch to it, always listening to their consumers. Identity, quality and authenticity are their keywords. They like to break the mould: their wines must express the full richness of their terroir. For them, the key to a successful wine is its ability to appeal through its organoleptic character and style: a combination of good and beautiful.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested by hand. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle using natural yeast (the so-called traditional method). Aged for 12 months on the lees.
Sémillon, Muscadelle, Cabernet Franc blend
Serve at about 5-8 degrees in an ice bucket.

Tasting notes

Light gold colour in glass. The aroma combines notes of acacia and citrus with spices and coffee. In the mouth, the wine has a balanced and refined structure, with a long and fruity finish.
