Winemaking
The Brut Nature is a 100% Meunier produced by traditional vinification. It is matured on laths for an average of 2 years. This cuvée is the first creation of Champagne Dom Caudron, the one that embodies the terroir of Passy-Grigny and the particularity of its Meunier grape variety… No sugar has been added to the Prédiction “Brut Nature” cuvée. The role of dosage in the sensory development of the wine is non-existent.
