Winemaking

Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is crafted exclusively from 100 % Chardonnay grapes sourced from nine Premier Cru villages, mainly Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne.
The blend includes 46 % reserve wines, adding depth and character.
It is aged on lees for over three years, with a dosage of 8 g/l to achieve roundness and harmonious balance.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold in colour with very fine, persistent bubbles.
Elegant aromas of vanilla, acacia blossom and dried fig.
Fresh and fruit-forward on the palate — peach, apricot and pear notes enhanced by hints of lemon zest and brioche.
Silky texture with a refined, mineral finish.

Perfect as an elegant aperitif.
Pairs beautifully with oysters, prawns and other seafood, as well as delicate fish dishes (such as sole meunière or turbot in cream sauce) and soft cheeses like Brie or Chèvre.
