Tasting notes

A pale yellow color with green highlights, the bubble is fine, tonic and sustained. On the nose, notes of white flowers and citrus fruits are revealed. In the mouth we discover all the freshness. A first taste where freshness dominates, delicate floral and lemony notes ensure aromatic youth finely counterbalanced by notes of brioche and pastries. The whole thing interweaves and develops a pure and persistent finish.

To be served between 6° and 8°C, it will be perfect for your aperitifs or to accompany your seafood such as oysters and shellfish.
