Tasting notes

The color is light straw, with golden-greenish highlights. The taste is distinguished by drinkability, good structure, crisp acidity, lively character, delicate oiliness and refined complexity. The flavor accord reveals tones of lemon pie, citrus-apple butter and vanilla. The aftertaste is dry and long. The elegant aroma attracts with the freshness of shades of white currant, green apple, nectarine and grapefruit. 

Food pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with light dishes such as fresh salads, fish and seafood dishes, and goat cheese.
