A family‑owned estate with around fifty hectares of vineyards, where gravelly, sandy, and clay‑limestone soils form parcels of very different ages, ranging from young plantings to vines over 50 years old. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot are tended with great care throughout the year to produce grapes that reach perfect maturity. Since the creation of the estate, the entire harvest has been produced on the property. Several vintages have been awarded medals in various competitions. HVE – High Environmental Value (Level 3)

Winemaking

Vatting for 21 to 28 days in temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel vats (28–32°C).
Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

“On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackcurrant, wild raspberry and, more subtly, small wild red berries, combined with touches of lilac, rose, refined minerality, cardamom, raspberry leaf, as well as hints of spices, tobacco, and a subtle touch of mocha and vanilla.
