Winemaking

The grapes are hand‑harvested from late September to early October Soft pressing of grapes. Fermented in temperature‑controlled steel tanks(28 °C) Aged for 18 months in oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby colour with bright garnet reflections. The bouquet is intense and complex, showing liquorice, earthy notes and plum syrup. On the palate, the wine is elegant, refined, well‑structured and beautifully balanced, with pronounced minerality and juicy depth.
