Degustation notes
Obtained by means of the classical method of sparkling, it presents a delicate mousse and a fine, long-lasting perlage. Straw-yellow color. Rich nd intense bouquet, which gives rise to a large number of sensations. Imposing taste, good body and highly typical, it is a justly harmonious. Best served at a temperature 8-10.
Food pairing
It goes well with every dish, right though the meal; excellent as an aperetif.
