After 30 years with the family estate Paul Jaboulet Aîné, as head of production, Philippe Jaboulet and his son have taken over a property in the Northern Côtes du Rhône as well as a family estate. Philippe Jaboulet has spent a lifetime at the service of wine. The vineyard is his domain. Vincent Jaboulet, oenologist, 4 years of studies on vine and wine, internships in France and in the new world (Australia), embodies the sixth generation of Jaboulet.
Winemaking
Terroir of shallow granite arena facing south-south east. The vineyard is located at 450 metres above sea level, which brings freshness to the wine. A wine that can be kept for a long time. Vinification 100% in wood with a 2-year ageing period in oak barrels.
