Domaine PATRICE & FERRARI is above all the story of two men — two individuals passionately devoted to the vine, the land, the terroir, and history: Christophe PATRICE and Christophe FERRARI.

At the age of 18, while still a student, Christophe Patrice planted his first Chardonnay vines. Through hard work and determination, he developed his estate and refined his skills, becoming one of the key figures in the Chablis region. Christophe Patrice cultivates 27 hectares of vineyards. In December 2023, he acquired Domaine FERRARI and created Domaine PATRICE & FERRARI, which now covers around 50 hectares. With a strong focus on wine quality, he combines modern technologies with traditional winemaking methods.

Winemaking

Produced according to traditional Burgundian methods: manual harvesting, classic fermentation, ageing in oak barrels.

Tasting notes

A red dry wine with a fresh and fruity character.

Recommended serving temperature: 18°C, with the bottle opened in advance.
