About wine
This white wine has been made with red grapes of the Bobal variety. To do this, it has been harvested by hand and pressed whole, obtaining a pressing yield of below 45%. This must has been left cold with its lees for 3 days to absorb the slight color extracted and has been fermented after racking the clean ones at 14ºC. Once halfway through, the wine has finished fermenting in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
This wine is yellow in color with gray and reddish backgrounds. Aroma of wild strawberry, white flowers and ripe white fruit. In the mouth it has an integrated, refreshing acidity with a long finish reminiscent of forest fruit.
