Tasting notes
Red ruby with light scarlet nuance. The wither over the plant gives at the olfaction a rich range of fragrances. In sequence: mulberries and raspberries jam, potpourri of flowers and red berries, vanilla, sweet tobacco, white chocolate, leather and a scent of eucalypt. Velvety tannin. The equilibrium and harmony of this wine can be found in the balance between freshness, tannicity and alcoholic tenor. Ends long and persistent. Serving temperature: 18°C.

Roasted pigeon chest, stuffed phaesant. According to tradition: mixed meat ragout with troccoli, lamb in cooking pot, grilled goat, canestrato Apulian cheese matured in cave.
