Winemaking

The vineyards benefit from limestone‑marl soils ideal for Pinot Noir. A continental climate, hand harvesting and traditional fermentation in temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel tanks ensure purity and elegance in the final wine.

Tasting notes

Brilliant ruby colour. The palate highlights red berries, especially strawberry, supported by balanced acidity, well‑structured tannins and a very long, refined finish.
