Maximum is the first Brandy distilled by Bodegas Estévez 100% exclusively from Palomino grapes grown in their vineyards. This Brandy represents their commitment to the Sherry region and its world unique and singular terroir.
MAXIMUM is a unique Brandy, in the production of which five kilos of grapes are necessary to produce just one litre of this precious spirit. MAXIMUM is made exclusively from the finest distillates, known as holandas and aguardientes, by the meticulous distillation of specially selected wines from the group of Bodegas José Estévez. Aged in American oak barrels in which the company’s finest Olorosos had previously reposed. It is a singular Brandy in which we have taken great care over every detail and in which its origin, Jerez, plays the starring.
