Winemaking
Manual harvest between the second half of September and the first half of October vinification: soft pressing of the grapes. The free-run wine is subjected to fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (28 ° C) with macro-oxygenation and permanence on the skins for 20 days. Aging 12 months in tonneaux.
Tasting notes
Very decisive, persistent and complex aromas obtained from the fusion of ripe fruit and sweet spices with menthol and eucalyptus notes. Strong personality of this wine is expressed on the palate with a powerful, savory and rich in polyphenols structure with a unique harmony of its kind.
