Winemaking
Harvest in the second half of September. Soft pressing of the grapes; fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (25 ° c) and maceration of the grapes from 10 to 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Lively ruby red color with violet reflections. Very intense aroma of fresh fruit and primary fermentation aromas. Sweet attack in the mouth, elegant sweet tannins, easy to interpret wine, young and lively.
Pairing recommendation
A wine for the whole meal to be paired with dry first courses and Tuscan soups, white and red meats, cold cuts.
