Winemaking

It has remained completely calm for at least 13 months at 15ºC and without sudden changes in temperature or light. It has been growing in complexity and roundness in the mouth and polishing the finesse of its bubble.

Tasting notes

Very intense and with great aromatic complexity. This pale pink cava provides primary aromas on the nose, typical of a delicate pink cava, and shows the subtlety of violets and roses in combination with ripe red fruits. In the mouth it is soft, very creamy, fresh and elegant. Creamy, broad and persistent texture in the mouth. Balanced acidity, with slight hints of rye bread and a long finish.

Food pairing

This cava is ideal to enjoy throughout the meal. Its creaminess in the mouth prevents it from saturating the palate. Being especially suitable for salting, marinades and fish. It is recommended to consume at 6 – 8 ºC
