Tasting notes
By its density and its depth, the Pauillac Anthony Barton announces a full-bodied character. Its color is dark red. The bouquet combines power, complexity and delicacy. We find notes of morello cherries and small red fruits, with subtle notes of fumet. The blackcurrant recalls the dominant place of Cabernet-Sauvignon in the grape variety. Significant volume in the mouth, with round and well-integrated tannins.
Food pairing
Perfect with mushroom fricassee, red meat, game, leg of lamb.
