Celene Bordeaux was born from the merger of the historic Crémant de Bordeaux producer (formerly named Ballarin) and the Lannoye vineyards. The latter are made up of three estates on the right bank of the Garonne and located in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, Puisseguin Saint-Émilion and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellations. They have adopted Bordeaux as their home, and are committed to respecting the winegrowing heritage of a region with a worldwide reputation, but also to bringing their own personal touch to it, while always listening to their consumers. Their key words are identity, quality and authenticity. They like to break the mould: their wines must express the full richness of their terroir. For them, the key to a successful wine lies in its ability to appeal through its organoleptic signature and its style: the combination of the good and the beautiful.
Winemaking
