Tasting notes

The carefully selected grapes are vinified and refined for a single long fermentation, maintaining their fragrant aromas, and then bottled.

Food pairing

Light straw coloured wine with a fresh delicate crisp mouthfeel. Fruity notes dominate, especially apples.

Obtained by charmat fermentation in autoclaves, fruity, fresh, young, perfect with pasta, pizza, cheese and desserts.
