Vinification
The freshly picked grapes are pressed and de-stemmed and the must is left on the skins for about 6 days, then it is drawn off and refined in steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color, offers a large bouquet of violet and cherry. The taste is soft and velvety.
