It’s a century-old winery, and it’s the future. Its history dates back to 1821. to the year when manzanilla began to be produced. Since then, Barbadillo has not stopped developing, always looking for wines that surprise and leave their mark.

Winemaking

TOTO Barbadillo is a sparkling wine from Cádiz made mainly from the palomino grape variety from albariza soils. This is the third generation of Barbadillo sparkling wines, in which the winery achieves the longest aging (ageing on yeasts for 20 months).
A very dry sparkling wine that reveals the limestone of the region and surprises with its freshness.

Tasting notes

Light pale yellow and with fine bubbles emphasize finesse and elegance, perfectly integrated in both the nose and the mouth.

Food pairing

A good partner for seafood and fish such as oysters and salmon, grilled meat, fried vegetables or exotic dishes such as sushi. In desserts, it goes very well with nuts, pasta or chocolate.
