Winemaking

After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C, the wine is matured for 9 months in stainless steel tanks in order to express the characteristics of the terroir to the maximum. The colour is a bright yellow and the wine offers fresh fruit and a great minerality.

Tasting notes

Bright and Lively, this Chablis has clean flavors of pear, citrus fruits and white flowers. Nice medium body, with hints of minerality and a touch of classic salinity that come out on the finish.
