The production area for this wine is located in northern part of Verona and it is crossed by hills that slope towards Adige river. Rich soil, balanced mix of the ancient Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and Negrara grapes and an accurate selection make our Valpolicella Classico Superiore a great wine.

Tasting notes

Dark red with a purplish hue tending to garnet-red with aging. In the nose unmistakable note of ripe cherry, with a light hint of spices. Well-balanced in alcohol content, tannins and acidity. Residual Sugar: g/l 4,8.

Food pairing

Good companion for the entire meal, goes well to grilled and roasted red meats.
