Winemaking

Ageing in stainless steel, controlled cool fermentation, early separation from the lees, gentle filtration and technical carbonation with CO₂.

Tasting notes

The nose shows green and floral notes, lemon and pale yellow fruits. On the palate it is lively, fresh, with elegant bubbles and balanced sweetness; highly drinkable and refreshingly light. Serving temperature: 6–10°C. Drinking: now – 2027.
