Winemaking

Ageing in stainless steel tanks and traditional 600 L Halbstück casks; spontaneous fermentation; 8 months sur lie; gentle filtration and bottling in June.

Tasting notes

Herbal notes and yellow fruit on the nose; spice carries onto the palate with floral tones and a cool, slightly firm body. Elegant acidity that dances on the tongue; lean and long, with subtle phenolic grip adding texture. Excellent length and pronounced minerality, persistent on the finish. Serving temperature: 9–12°C. Drinking: now – 2029+.
