Winemaking

Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks and large oak casks; full‑lees ageing without sulfur, with bâtonnage until spring; followed by traditional bottle fermentation, lees ageing, dosage and minimal sulfur addition.

Tasting notes

Fine mousse and vibrant character with a beautiful balance of fresh acidity and elegant finesse. The nose shows red fruits, summer lightness and delicate brioche notes. On the palate light, clear and elegant, with harmonious freshness, fine perlage and a charming, long finish. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C Drinking: now – 2027+.
