Tasting notes

Crystal‑clear nose with yellow fruit, herbal nuances and subtle yeast notes. Firm and precise on the palate with lively freshness, fine acidity and a touch of creaminess. A hint of cedarwood, concentrated yet slender and well‑balanced, with good length. Serving temperature: 9–12°C. Drinking: now – 2026+.
