Organically cultivated vineyard, committed to sustainable agriculture and focused on quality through low yields.
This wine is made from Verdejo grapes. Harvesting is carried out at night or early in the morning to ensure the grapes arrive as cold as possible at the winery. By avoiding light and high temperatures, the must is protected from oxidation. Fermentation takes place at around 13โฏยฐC, enhancing aromatic expression and extending the process to 25 days. After fermentation, the wine rests on its lees for three months, with weekly stirring to produce a more silky and structured texture, increasing its persistence on the palate.

Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. Aromas of pineapple, mango and peach with a hint of anise. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth and balanced with fruity character and pleasant acidity.
