A delicate adornment of light yellow, fine bubbles release fine lifts of carbon dioxide. On the first nose, light notes of candied fruit, stone fruit and honey emerge. A mouth completely faithful to the nose, a beautiful harmony between the freshness of the Chardonnay grape variety and the sweetness of Demi-Sec with almond paste, grapes and candied lemon.
