Tasting notes
A brilliant Champagne, a slightly golden yellow color with green reflections, the effervescence reveals a fine and persistent bead. The nose, fine and delicate, expresses freshness with floral notes such as acacia then evolves further into maturity between candied citrus fruits and mirabelle plum brandy. On the palate, the attack is striking in its freshness. The purity is particularly appreciable.

Champagne for a prestigious aperitif or with a meal with, for example, poultry with chanterelles or turbot with lemon cream.
