At the Allacher winery, the indispensable knowledge of tradition are combined with the modern insights of the next generation. What grows from this are great wines. The vineyards are located on about 30 hectares of the unique wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee, including the legendary vineyards Altenberg and Salzberg. The soil gives the potential. The winery provides natural, attentive care. Fresh fruity white wines, powerful dense red wines and extract-rich sweet wines are the precious result. Here happiness and glass find each other.
The grapes were mechanically crushed and then left on the skins for 12 hours. This long maceration time leaches out many different aromas that can later be found in the wine. The grapes were then gently pressed. The completely clarified must was fermented cooled in stainless steel tanks. The cooling ensures that the must is fermented slowly and gently into wine and that the aromas are preserved. After fermentation, the Muskateller was aged on the fine lees for one month. In November, the wine was filtered and bottled.
Bright greenish yellow, pleasant, intense fruit aromas on the nose as if you were biting into the grape; very typical of the variety Gelber Muskateller; fruity and fresh with a pleasant acid structure; beautiful fruit melt, fruit-intensive and grapey in the aftertaste, a delightful experience!Recommended serving temperature: 6° — 8°C
