Tasty and unique wine, refreshing with great acidity. These characteristics make it an evocative wine that encompasses all of the Sicilian sea, summer breezes and Sicilian citrus fruits.Recommended serving temperature: 8°C

Food pairing

Perfect with fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses, cured meats, eggs and risottos, pasta with light sauces, chicken, fresh pasta. Excellent as an aperitif.
