After 30 years with the family estate Paul Jaboulet Aîné, as head of production, Philippe Jaboulet and his son have taken over a property in the Northern Côtes du Rhône as well as a family estate. Philippe Jaboulet has spent a lifetime at the service of wine. The vineyard is his domain. Vincent Jaboulet, oenologist, 4 years of studies on vine and wine, internships in France and in the new world (Australia), embodies the sixth generation of Jaboulet.

Winemaking

Alluvial terraces with rolled pebbles facing south. Prestigious appellation that produces great wines for ageing with great finesse and elegance. Vinification 100% in wood with an ageing period of more than 2 years in oak barrels.
