After 30 years with the family estate Paul Jaboulet Aîné, as head of production, Philippe Jaboulet and his son have taken over a property in the Northern Côtes du Rhône as well as a family estate. Philippe Jaboulet has spent a lifetime at the service of wine. The vineyard is his domain. Vincent Jaboulet, oenologist, 4 years of studies on vine and wine, internships in France and in the new world (Australia), embodies the sixth generation of Jaboulet.
Winemaking
Following a selection of plots, the vineyards over 30 years old are chosen for this cuvée. The tannins are more present and can partly withstand the time spent in barrels or foudre for a year. After an evolution, the tannins melt and the aromas evolve on black fruits.

Black and jammy fruits aromas. Good volume and complexity in the mouth. Supple tannins.
