After 30 years with the family estate Paul Jaboulet Aîné, as head of production, Philippe Jaboulet and his son have taken over a property in the Northern Côtes du Rhône as well as a family estate. Philippe Jaboulet has spent a lifetime at the service of wine. The vineyard is his domain. Vincent Jaboulet, oenologist, 4 years of studies on vine and wine, internships in France and in the new world (Australia), embodies the sixth generation of Jaboulet.
Winemaking
Marsanne is the most common grape variety in white Crozes Hermitage and is generally used alone.
Tasting notes
Both fresh and fruity, it is characterised by citrus notes on the nose and a round mouth.
