Guardians of the heritage and know-how of their ancestors for 3 generations, Champagne Yves Jacques run the family vineyard planted with the three Champagne grape varieties in the Marne Valley, the Cote des Blancs and the Aube, in the communes of Sézanne, Baye, but also Chouilly and Ay, classified as Grand Cru. Their Champagne wines are made in Baye, in their own cellars and in accordance with the traditional method.

About the wine

The Jacques family has been growing vines in Baye for 4 generations. The Cuvée Les Enseignes comes from the best plot of Chardonnay in Sézanne (Lieu uit: Les Enseignes). This Champagne Bianc de Blancs millésilmé benefits from long cellar ageing (over 5 years).
Jewel of the Sézanne’s terroir that Yves Jacques compared to a grand cru, this cuvée ‘Les Enseignes’ comes from the name of this plot of Chardonnay. Imagined by Bastien, Quentin and their father Rémi, this Extra Brut will surprise you with its pure, uncompromising expression that preserves a fresh finish on the palate.

A fresh, full-bodied, mature Champagne with notes of honey, praline and butter. Complex and elegant, this Champagne goes well with aperitifs and early meal dishes.
