Winemaking

This sparkling wine is crafted using the traditional method, highlighting the unique character of the Spergola grape. Slow fermentation and careful production ensure a fresh and elegant wine with fine, persistent bubbles. The wine has a bright golden-straw hue.

Tasting notes

The nose reveals citrus notes, green apple, and fresh white flowers. On the palate, it shows vibrant acidity, light minerality, and tropical hints, delivering a harmonious and refreshing finish.
