Guardians of the heritage and know-how of their ancestors for 3 generations, Champagne Yves Jacques run the family vineyard planted with the three Champagne grape varieties in the Marne Valley, the Cote des Blancs and the Aube, in the communes of Sézanne, Baye, but also Chouilly and Ay, classified as Grand Cru. Their Champagne wines are made in Baye, in their own cellars and in accordance with the traditional method.
MCM 32
MCM in roman numerals means 1900 so the cuvée 1932 echoes the winery’s first Meunier vine planted by André in 1932. It is the representation of the passion transmitted from generation to generation. Composed mainly of Meunier from Baye and the Marne Valley. The blend is completed by Pinot Noirs from Bar sur Aubois and by Chardonnays from Sézannais. A Champagne of sharing and conviviality.
