Its history dates back to 1821, the year in which it began to produce manzanilla. Since then Barbadillo has not stopped evolving, always looking for wines that surprise and leave their mark.

Winemaking

Despite its low alcohol content, VI Pink retains a texture, colour and smell very similar to those of wine, which will make it a benchmark among the lightest, fruitiest, low-alcohol wines on the market. This is because, while de-alcoholised products undergo a process of alcohol extraction, in the case of VI Pink fermentation simply stops when the desired alcohol content is achieved.

Tasting notes

Pale pink colour, transparent and bright. Full of aromas of strawberries, red fruits and flowers. Smooth flavour with balanced sweetness and very fine bubbles.Recommended serving temperature: 5°C

It pairs perfectly with pastas, pizzas, sautéed vegetables and rice dishes.
