After 30 years with the family estate Paul Jaboulet Aîné, as head of production, Philippe Jaboulet and his son have taken over a property in the Northern Côtes du Rhône as well as a family estate. Philippe Jaboulet has spent a lifetime at the service of wine. The vineyard is his domain. Vincent Jaboulet, oenologist, 4 years of studies on vine and wine, internships in France and in the new world (Australia), embodies the sixth generation of Jaboulet.
Winemaking
Loess soil. Special feature: the only winegrower to work and produce this appellation with 100% Roussanne grapes. A low yielding grape variety with small, tightly packed bunches that bring finesse and delicacy.Ermitage can be written with or without an “H” in the books.

Rich and powerful wine. Notes of exotic fruits and butter. Good length in the mouth.
