Guardians of the heritage and know-how of their ancestors for 3 generations, Champagne Yves Jacques run the family vineyard planted with the three Champagne grape varieties in the Marne Valley, the Cote des Blancs and the Aube, in the communes of Sézanne, Baye, but also Chouilly and Ay, classified as Grand Cru. Their Champagne wines are made in Baye, in their own cellars and in accordance with the traditional method.
About the wine
This cuvée is characteristic of the House: it uses Champagne’s three main grape varieties from different crus, which contribute fruitiness, roundness and finesse to the final blend. This supple and easy-drinking champagne is perfect for toasting any occasion with your friends and family.
Winemaking
Integrated cultivation. Traditional hand picking. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, Traditional vinification. Aged on laths before disgorging.
Tasting notes
Gold colour, fine perlage, golden highlights. Aromatic, intense nose, hints of white flowers and citrus fruits, generous peach and pear aromas. Complex, concentrated flavour with peach hints and a long length.
Food pairing
Perfect as an aperitif, but also goes well with delicatessen meats, parsley ham, grilled prawns and fruit desserts.
